Kis91 Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Guidelines

1 Member Eligibility

The kis91 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements. It is the sole responsibility of each individual to ensure they are eligible before registering for or using any kis91 services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. kis91 takes the protection of minors seriously, and any fraudulent age-related registration will be cancelled immediately.
• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf — registration on behalf of another person or corporate entity is not permitted without written approval from kis91.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibition order issued by any relevant authority.
• You must not be representing a country or territory subject to usage restrictions that affect access to kis91 services.
• Use of the platform by employees, business partners, or agents directly associated with kis91 is subject to separate internal policies.

2 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the kis91 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, email address, and banking details — must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. kis91 is not liable for failed transactions resulting from outdated information.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be required before your first withdrawal or once certain limits are reached. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, or other supporting documents.
• Accounts registered using false or borrowed information will be terminated and all funds held in such accounts will be forfeited without refund.
• Kis91 reserves the right to reject any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

3 Deposit & Payments

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's Deposit page at the time of transaction and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must come from an account registered in the same name as the member. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned or forfeited depending on the situation.
• Kis91 does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose additional charges beyond our control.
• If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with proof of transaction for prompt resolution.
• Kis91 reserves the right to reverse deposits suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violations of the terms of service.

4 Withdrawal of Funds

Kis91 is committed to processing every valid withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe. We understand how important it is for members to access their winnings quickly and easily.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the kis91 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5 Bonus & Promotions

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and service improvement.
• Kis91 does not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the member concerned.
• Transaction records and gaming activity may be retained for as long as required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

10 Liability Limits

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in the platform's current policy.

12 Terms Amendment
